I purchased your “Graphics Pack for Premiere Pro” on ThemeForest in 2023, and I’ve been using it with my Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 version — everything works perfectly.
I’m contacting you because I now have a second computer (one at work and one at home), and I’d like to install your pack on my other computer, which also runs Premiere Pro 2022.
I tried installing version 3 of the pack (the same one I originally downloaded), but it’s asking for a license key. I thought the key could be used on two different computers, but I can’t seem to find it on ThemeForest. It does confirm that I purchased the pack with a regular license, but I can’t find the license key I need.
Can you confirm if the license allows installation on two computers? If not, should i buy another pack ?
One last question: I’m currently using Premiere Pro 2022 with Graphics Pack version 3. I noticed that you’ve since released version 5. Is it also compatible with Premiere Pro 2022? And is it easy to update? Should i use your pack version 3 on both computer ? or can i mix version 5 on one computer and version 3 on the other one ?

Yes, you’re allowed to install the pack on two computers if it’s just you using them. To find your license key, go to your ThemeForest Downloads page, click “Download” next to the pack, and choose “License certificate & purchase code.” You’ll find the key inside that file.
You can use version 3 on one computer and version 5 on the other without any problem. We recommend using the latest version of Motion Bro (v5), as it has more features and better performance.

I just bought this package and I can’t install it. We couldn’t use it on motion bro 4.2 on Adobe Premiere Pro version 25.1.0 Build 73. In the downloaded file, I only have the two .mbr elements which are corrupted according to Motion Bro. So it’s a useless purchase for me because I just paid $199 to be able to use nothing. I need a tutorial or more clarification from you, otherwise I would like a refund.

The version you purchased works in After Effects (via the Motion Bro extension) and also has Mogrt files that work through the Essential Graphics Panel.

Originally, when Motion Bro didn’t support Premiere Pro, there was only this version for After Effects + MOGRTs files (as a bonus for Essential Graphics Panel).
In 2021, we completed Motion Bro for Premiere Pro, and therefore we reworked mogrt files into a special version. So if you want to use Toko Graphics in Premiere Pro via an extension, you need a special version

In the promotional video, you mention a “responsive text bar” feature that allows users to click and type directly in the bar. However, I cannot find such a feature in the product. I specifically purchased this product because of this functionality, and now it appears that it is not included.

Also try completely deleting the pack and downloading it again. And make sure you have the latest version of the Motion Bro plugin.

Some icon fonts are wrong. I know that Behance & Facebook are broken: https://ibb.co/z8YRyfX But probably others too – it’s because of the font I guess? In some, such as Adobe icons I can at least change the font (there is an option). On Facebook there is no such option.
if possible, consider adding basic icons for contact info – phone, location, web, email. I always find it hard to conclude the scene. I have nice video about “something” – how do people get that “something”? – contacting the business / influencer / person – that’s where icons come in handy
