Hey joco, open linked comp in AfterEffects then import our template in to linked project by double clicking on project panel

Yes I imported the template but how do I get the template into the linked comp? And use motion tracking, etc? template doesn’t show the new linked video in its timeline

Drag and drop any call out comp above your video and save AE project file, then back in to Premiere and it will used… But im trying to figure it out, why you not importing video video in to our AE project and track with it then export as final video then import in to your Premiere project?

Your idea doesnt work with Dynamic Linking. See this video. This is proper workflow for Premiere into AE.

If you want use Dynamic Link – its your choice, but it will make preview tests longer. Anyway, we can help you out, but better show us what you doing wrong, make screen capture video.

As you can see there is now way to edit the callouts when doing a live link, You do not have the video to use for tracking or editing;.

Do you look at inside of zip file that you downloaded? we included video instruction about tracking….. As i can see this is issue of Dynamic Link, Premiere nor refreshing AE scene through DL and template working fine inside of AE, something happened with your system configuration. Can you export from Premiere that part of scene and look at result. Also please delete DL part and try to recreate same scene again. Im not using DL but look at how it works for me https://youtu.be/-8xB9dzDgvk anyway, im not recommending use DL in complex projects, you can save AE file then come back and edit when needed.

In your video at time 1:31 how did you get the video into the composition with the callout?

Ok thanks, For Design 2 Bottom Left callout there is no layer called TRACKER DUMMY, What are we supposed to set as Target for Tracking?

Yes I did watch the video instructions. This callout does not have the same named layers as in the instructions or the video you sent.

A lot of scenes that has more than one angle that can be tracked – we called “Tracking Angle 1, 2…” you should link as Target layer that angle as you want

In this Callout there is nothing called Tracking Angle there is Control Angle.

Also how do I set the center point of the call out circle? See this video notice the circle is tracking to the exact tracking location, but I want the circle. centered and change its exact location.
