I must say, I really love the design and the quality – great work. It just comes down to me being able to work with it or not and right now I am running into problems.

Thank you for the extended comment. But you first gave a rating of 1, and then started asking me for advice. I opened on different PCs, with different configurations and had no problems. Anyway, I will try to help you. I guess the problem is not with the project but with something else, on this configuration the project should work fine. I was able to get back to this today. I like your product so much that I decided to give it a try again. I erased the files and downloaded again.

I should have thought to do this earlier but it seemed to do the trick – a file must have gotten corrupted. Not even sure how.

I am going to remove my rating and give a 5 Star review – looking how to revoke that now.

I am currently in talks with support to amend that rating to give you and your product 5 stars – sorry for the inconvenience. I hope I get a response soon. Here’s what I wrote:

“I purchased Esports Gaming Package by Graphit-Media and requested a refund because the product seemingly wasn’t working. I gave a poor rating, because of this.

I later tried a few things to make it work and had success after I re-downloaded.

I would like to fix this by: A. Giving a 5 start rating for this great product that I mistakenly rated 1 due to user side problems. B. Purchase again, as I did receive a refund.
