Hi there, I’ve installed the plugin and everything, but my globe is just blue… It doesn’t show the map over it? For instance Earth_Diffuse_6k should be mapped over the globe, but the globe is just blue

Also, I installed the font… But it is not detecting it… It keeps trying to say it is not synced and wont ever load.
the used font is not included in the creative Cloud font library so you have to install it manually from the link that you can find in the documentation folder. Anyway the missing font is not a problem, you can replace it with the font that you want, in other words a missing font doesn’t affect the template operation
Thanks for your replies, I’ll try updating the graphic card now. Also, I have already manually installed rubik as instructed via the documents, but it still pops up that message everytime I open the file?
it looks very strange…the project informs you that the missing font is “Rubik” or other fonts? Maybe it is a silly question, but after downloading the font did you install it?
Graphics card update worked, yes I installed the font and it shows up in the character window, just won’t recognize it on load.
Also how do I get the globe to rotate on the x axis, I want to be focused and zoomed on the US.

Hey, I made quite a few connections from certain countries to others, however, if I try to move the earth, these lines of connected countries doesn’t stay in place and starts moving the way they want. Do you know what may be the issue?
Hello the tutorial says that you can’t add point or create connections if the Z position of the earth is not set to zero. Probably you moved the earth and then you created points or connections. Is this the problem?

Hi there, the vector and dotted earth maps seem to disappear after 1 second on the timeline, the other maps don’t. I really only can use vector maps for my project. I can’t find a way to extend it. Can you please help?
Good news, I’ve sorted it. It seams that the hidden “shy” layers in those two comps have the image only going for 1 second. I’ve unlocked and extended the time and it works fine. Whew!

Hello I didn’t test it but you could try to duplicate the main composition as many times as you need, rename them with a different name, create your first animation working on the original main composition. When done rename this comp with a different name and rename a copied composition with the main composition name. Close and re open the script and try to create the new animation. As I told you I didn’t test it so I can’t assure you that it works. Please let me know, thank you
Hi, I can copy the main composition and create more subscriptions with the original composition. However, the country selection / colors etc. in vector style also change with the renamed compositions. Must now create a new AE project for each animation BR Lutz

Ive bought Map Route Generator for this project last year (it`s a damn long project heh), but im also looking for a whole spinning globe view with a route all around it – it was a sail so it`s 100% on the seas. Im ok if the connections wil go straight from A to B, but i need them flat on the surface and with option to place them in the middle of the ocean 
Hi macrobelli. After changing excisting places/pins with the script e.g. to hexagon, the opacity of these pins will always be 100%, which results in the problem that i see the cities all the time regardless the rotaiton of the earth. What can i do?
Hello Snoop_83, first of all thank you for purchasing this template. I don’t know if I’ve understood your question very well… so you would like to “shut down” the pins after a certain time span, right? can you simply animate the opacity of these pins from 100 to 0?
I just realized that this only happens with the hexagon style – all the other styles just work fine!!
But – no i realized that when creating a connection those always stay in front – even if they shouldnt be visible… 
Any suggestions
Hello marco – no i just the pins to be invisible when they should be invisble. Like, when rotating the earth clockwise a city like Rome shouldnt be visible when Tokyo is centered in the comp. Same thing happens with the connections. :-/
Hello did you move the earth position before adding elements like connections, pins, call outs…? As explained in the videotutorial the right workflow is: Add all pins, create all connections, add all call outs (during these operations you can just rotate the earth). When all elements are placed you can move the earth in the x,y,z position. If you need to add further elements you have to set the earth position on its default position. Hello Marco, after lot’s of trial and error, I guess I found out what the problem caused. Everytime I close the Script-Window and reopen it (e.g on a next day or a different computer) the newly added points or connection have a faulty visibilty and aren’t covered by the earth, when they are in the other back of the earth. For my particular case i just had to do it all in one session and it worked fine. However – if i need to do any changes i would have to start from scratch, which isn’t really an opportunity. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Kind regards!

This plugin is not working on macOS Mojave 10.14.6. Actually it never even ask for a purchase code as described. And yes I have allowed it to script in the preferences. What seems to be the problem? Please help as soon as possible, as I have a deadline, and would very much love to use thise plugin.

Hi, great project. Ia m not able to ad more then two lines, adding the thid line or even more will not give any more lines. Adding more (city) pins pins is no problem. Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi. I’m having an issue with AE CC 2019. When I open the project and it starts converting the project to a newer version, it freezes at around 86% and AE needs to be forcibly terminated. ORB V1.0.2 is already installed.
