Updated, White Screen, Maps won’t download. I would like money back or explanation for fix.

This is not working for me. I do everything the instructions say and it gives me an error pop up. And the map images are all white.
This is urgent I need this to work please, or I need my money back so I can buy another earth zoom.
Bing Service updated their API to allow only 5 images per second. Our script was downloading 14 per seconds and this was causing problems, working on an update right now!
how long will it take for you to have the update?

Has anyone that purchased this actually gotten it to work? I’ve tried it on two separate computers and it works on neither. The only comments I’ve seen from purchasers seem to be asking how to get it to work.

I actually got it working on my Mac, but my Windows 10 (64) PC always got held up while downloading the maps. Wouldn’t lock up, just stall at around 80% each time. It’s not an emergency, and this workaround is sufficient…working well on the Mac and I’m happy with the final product it produced.
I’m glad you found the working solution! I just checked the API usage for this product and I can tell you people got it working, there’s over 2.000 images downloaded yesterday. In your free time can you screenrecord you installing this on Windows and trying to use it? I’d like to troubleshoot it. Thanks
Hello, I am not seeing the selected MAP location images in the render, just WHITE BLANK SPACE. What could be the problem. The map selection process, goes as illustrated.

Oh wow that’s a lot Oh wow that’s a lot of locations! Thing is you need to make it loopable, every Location has a Space comp. Space comp has a control BEGIN and END location. This means that your 4th location END needs to be 1st location BEGIN (in your new project file). That way you when you stack renders they will blend with one another.
If this sounds complicated I could do a V2 of the file with more locations, would you like me to do this?
Just a heads up, rendering 30 4k locations is gonna take a while, be prepared for that!of locations!

Hello, Yes you can! Each Location Space comp has a layer called “Lat Long Calculations” with 2 expression controls. Begin and End location. Enter your coordinates here and it will animate from point 1 to point 2. The only thing left is since it’s zooming in to delete Zoom Keyframes on the camera. Will Earth Zoom Toolkit Pro work with After Effects CS6?
Unfortunately no. It works with CC 2015 and above.
