Rascals Labs, officially launched July of 2010. Our goal is to produce useful web themes that look good and are priced just right. We’re a dedicated team with an eye for detail and a passion for creating unique and interesting things for the web. We offer a variety of themes – from personal blogs to themes used as a CMS . We create totally new Premium Web Templates not available anywhere else. We continue to develop new themes and updating existing themes with new features and improvements.

Support rules

Support requests are handled through email only.

Support requests are handled via email only, which should be sent from ThemeForest profile page (bottom of the right column). Please include the theme name, theme version and website installation URL . We usually respond to support requests within 48 hours on weekdays, depending on the number of requests in queue. Support request sent during weekends or our holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

Please also check your email spam box, sometimes our reply is in the spam box.

Support will be provided when:

• The Issue/Question is about theme usage and configuration
• You find a bug in the theme
• The theme is not working on your server
• It is a regular WordPress Question

Support will NOT be provided when:

• You want Feature X to be integrated into the theme
• You want to modify the theme to suit your specific needs
