Welcome to the portfolio of Andy Slatter. I have over 25 years experience of writing and producing music, in a wide variety of styles. I’m a multi instrumentalist, with guitar, bass, 5-string banjo, ukulele, mandolin, bouzouki, and various percussion instruments among my regularly used arsenal of real instruments, I’m equally at home using synths, software and sequencers, having worked my way through the versions of Cubase since the Atari days, to the current version, 6.5.

In 2006 I gained a diploma in the production of Music For The Media after two years of study. Through working on a variety of real life projects for film/TV/Animation/Corporate Video/Advertising the course gave me invaluable opportunities to develop the technical and artistic skills required to write to picture, and also to understand the function of music in media.

I’m also a reviewer here on AudioJungle, and an author on Audiotuts
