Occupation: Student, Graphics Designer, Web Designer
Companies:High School for Innovation in Advertisement and Media, Google
Interests and Hobbies: Cartoons, Girls, Internet, Computers, basically anything that has to do with computers, Photoshop
Movies and Shows: Everything on Nick, Cartoon Network and Discovery Channel(I’m a kid at heart)
Music:Blink 182, Linkin Park, Kayne West, TI, Rise Against
Books: NONE…I don’t like reading



2. What has been your experience with selling files on the GraphicRiver marketplace?

It’s been awesome, everyone here has amazing talent and creativity. Although sales are always slow for me ,I could only learn from my mistakes; and that is reflected in my portfolio.


3. What is your highest selling file? Why do you think it is so popular?

My highest selling file is Cartoon/Comic-book effect Action because it’s an unique idea to put a cartoon effect in a Photoshop Action. Although it’s not something you’ll use everyday it’s a good file to add to your Action library.


4. How do you get ideas for new files to sell on GraphicRiver?

I get my ideas while I’m surfing the web, watching TV and from the New York city life. Most of my work uses the Helvetica font because it seems to be the only font used in New York. You can see it everywhere you look, on the buses, subways and street signs.


5. Other than your own work, what is your favorite Author for sale on GraphicRiver?

Definately EAMejia he has pumped out some really creative graphics and business cards the day GraphicRiver was launched. It’s hard to believe that he’s not a featured author yet.

Things I would love to see on the marketplaces

• Better ways to contact customers that buy your products, to tell them when you update your file.
  
• Users can vote on who and what gets to be the featured author and fle of the week. (Staff nominates about 4 persons and the community picks who)
  
• Better rating system
  

A special area where other authors can review your files. I noticed that when people thing your file looks crappy they don’t leave a comment because they don’t want to hurt you sales.
And as a beginner Graphic Designer I could only get better at what I do and I need experienced authors to critique and evaluate my work.
