Hi James, You would be buying a After Effects project file that you would need to edit and then render a video in any format you wish. The project comes with a step by step video tutorial but you will need Adobe After Effects to edit the file. I have a short Q; – I just do the first test on the WhiteBoard Template.
I wonder if the render time should be so long?! ;: Elapsed time 11 hour , 9 min. – Est. Remain 51 min ( Render 1920×1080 )
Q2 – Should I have the render in Full or Half when I render. I have NO video implanted in the render. I have full render mode now.

Hi Roman, Thanks for purchasing! It took around 5hrs on my previous machine. (Sorry I don’t remember the specs) Render time depends on your computer but there are some things you can do. Close all the open comps in the timeline and/or press the Caps lock key before rendering. Close your internet browser. And I would suggest using the steps in this video http://vimeo.com/24027726. Yes you should render in Full Mode. I’m glad you like the tutorial

Hello, thank you for purchasing! You will need to replace the audio placeholder in the project with the ClappingUkulele_Ending file. Select the placeholder file and choose File > Replace Footage. This is also covered in the Help Video.

Hi Thank you for your interest in this project. I have included a longer 2min version that allows for the text to remain on the screen for around 1 or 2 sec longer. If you would like to add more time than that I would suggest hiring a freelancer if you are not an experienced AE user, as it will involve a lot of changes.

Dear motion craver, I purchased this template, and it works easily. But it doesn’t mention how to set the frame rate at 24fps which is what I need here. Is this possible? My other footage is already in 24fps. I see that the project comes in at 29.97fps but I don’t see any indications of frame rate on the template purchase page. Please help

HI. I have purchased this template. I am facing a problem here. The pen doesnt write the text.. It only draw images and lines but its not drawing or writing down the text.the text appears on its on not when the pen writes it..please help

If you watch the preview you will see that this template does not have text written on by the hand. However, you can create this look as shown in the help video with the animated fonts. Thanks!

in the preview the text is written by hand..everything is done by the marker..my text shows on video before it even comes..
also at what point in the help video you are talking abt? at how many minutes and second in video it shows/?
