Times Square CS4

I have a question about this project. Since the building images were pre-rendered in Cinema 4D, would I be correct in assuming that the camera motions are not customizable? I am looking for an After Effects 3D city in which I can perform fly-through camera moves and need 100% customization. I do not need the video playing on the walls.

As this is for a client, and I must finish this up today, a prompt reply will be greatly appreciated!
