Can you resize the frame? I would need to make it smaller. and I know you mention colors can be changed, but what colors? the background colors?

If you know your way inside AE you can easily manipulate with all the objects in the project. To get smaller frame you just need to scale down 1-2 layers. Background color, wave color,... project doesn’t have any pre-rendered elements so you can change everything.
