are you trying to playback via Quicktime player? All uncompressed videos will have “jerky” motion in it. It is to keep quality at highest, simply convert it to any other codec (H.264, Soreon etc.) and you will see amazing quality

Their are all ALPHA channel (no background just smoke), you can place it on top of anything.
