Just bought it, but is not as presesented. Why I can see the TV lines, while the preview don´t have it?

Hello, I just purchased your TV and was surprised to see that when I downloaded it, it was only a tv.mov movie… Is there supposed to be any other files? Also, how do I remove the gray background?
Hello, kingfish333! There are only tv on the gray background and tv noise on the display. File contain alpha channel and you can insert your picture, footage, etc. I can send you file without background, write your e-mail. Thank you for your purchase.
