Phoenix Logo opening

Hey P Hello great Job with this file but I hope you could help me because I get this error when loading up the project file. “Effect control conversion required in effect “3d Stroke” Some effect controls will be reset. How do I avoid or resolve this?, because I am not an expert as you are and I don’t have any minimum idea on how to reprogram the reset parameters, could you help me. please.

Hey man i bought this awhile back and just havent taken a look at it, theres this reset bug that keeps coming up and i think its messing up like the first scene of the file, any fix for this? my email is codyzick12@gmail.com when you can respond

There is something wrong with the Phoenix Logo Vid I have tried contacting you via your profile page 3 times with no luck. I am getting the same problem as other people who have commented. “Effect control conversion required in effect “3d Stroke” Some effect controls will be reset.

Does not work gives error message. Looks like Plamen has left the building for good, no more support. Another $14 down the drain!!!!!!!
