Hey dude, just bought this one and it says im missing something. then it loads everything up except the background looks light blue and not black. so im guessing i need to install whatever im missing? im on cs5.5… this is happened with both my purchases from you lol

well what does the notification say that you are missing? This project needs Trapcode’s Particular v.2 in order to work, just make sure that you have that plugin installed and everything will work great. I am not getting the same effects as on demo… mine comes out sandy and flickers around the text… why is that? I am not getting any error messages either..

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience with the project. To be honest I have no idea what could be the problem but I can take a look at it. Before I uploaded the project I did a test with various logos and everything worked great.

it has been 7 days since I purchased this template. Since than it is in the folder collecting dust. I can look from authors point: where you are working on new projects, you busy etc. You also have to look from buyers point of view where project just sitting in the folder not able to use it.

project is looks just like the preview with the logo you sent me. I still have no explanation what is causing the problem on your end because project is working correctly on my workstation. I can apologize again but that will not fix the issue, I honestly don’t know what is wrong.
