HD Stylish Flare Transition

hello there I recently purched your lens flare transition and the alpha channel does not seem to be working in my adobe premiere pro cs4 project. Other transitions I bought from videohive have their alpha channels working. is there something im doing wrong? John

Guyz, i’m afraid you are right, but for your information you can use it by Changing the transfer mode to screen and it should be fine:)

I just bought it and I am having the same issue, the alpha is not working. I see the prev posted has been asked for 4 months back and nothing updated yet. I am not sure what “by changing the transfer mode to screen” mean… I expected buying a product and it should works as it described.

Selling a product that is not working is a scamming… no respond and no solution to fix the problem… why keep selling your product… NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THIS PERSON … YOU CAN HAVE MY $$$ JUST THIS TIME …
