Thank you for purchasing. Burn.UP text is there to show the customers that they are not limited only by what they can make in AE.
For this example I used this great set of PS actions: http://goo.gl/fKwoB
Once you have your logo or text just drop them in AE and everything from there is done automatically, of course you have the freedom to adjust the template to suit your needs so you can tweak particles and so on

Error you are experiencing is due the missing plugin. You need to have installed Particular 2 in order for this project to work. This is stated in the item description.

It is indicated clearly, near the top with bold black letters. There is also a note that project requires plugins in the side panel.
