In my previous comments I requested your help with downloading and using your file after I purchased it. I am attempting to use it in a home video. I am using mpeg with my home video. Once I have down loaded your product I am unable to use it or convert it to an mpeg file. According to what I have read on the internet AEP files (the file that I have purchased from you) are not recognized by Windows. I am currently using Windows Vista. Please advise my on how I can technically use this and convert it into my home video.

– I have responded to your PM. An After Effects project file cannot be directly converted as you describe. You have to open it in the AE app then render out to whatever movie format you want.
