Hi Krick,

The Floor color and I believe the background can be changed by adjusting the “Cam Null & Customize” effect color control, named “Floor Color”.

As far as the ramp set on the solid in the background, you might need to click the shy button to see all the layers in Comp 1 & 2, there is a layer toward the bottom that is marked BG Ramp, i believe. I think that one of the ramps colors is linked to the floor color but if it isn’t with an expression you can adjust it there.

To remove the thumbnails at the bottom of comp 2 just make sure the shy layers button is unchecked or the shy layers are visible and make the layer called “ani_thumbs” not visible.

it is not possible to save down, i’ve tried in the past and found someone on a forum that said they could do it but i have had no success.

I’m not sure what is going wrong. I just took a look at the project again and as long as the placeholders PLACE MEDIA HERE _img_* have an image or movie placed in them and you delete all other contents (FPO text, and temporary solid) everything should render correctly. If you would like to send me your project file (if it’s too big to send with all the assets you’re using that is fine, i can still figure it out with missing contents) I could try to diagnose what the issue might be?

so sorry for the problem, and sorry for the delay in responding, hopefully you figured it out, and maybe just broke the expression that was controlling that. It appears that the “Cam Null & Customize” in Comp 2 “Floor Color” color picker sets the color for the floor in both comp 1 and 2.. so if you change that one it will affect comp 1, I don’t know why i forgot to adjust that, but at least you only have to set it once!
