AE CS3 - Epic Trailer Template

Hello i was just wondering if its possible to make some of the sections in this preview in a background, making it go in loop. I was now especially thinking of what you see between 0:10-0:15 in the preview.

Sorry is not Mac is PC , When I open this with AE CS4 on my Pc window 64 bits, I have 2 missing components. I spent alot of time render over and over and it doen’t work.
