Hi, sorry for a slow respond.
You can loop the video really easy, just delete the Outro scene at the end and since scene are separated in comps you will see how to set up the render region.

Can the music be replaced? I want to use this for a financial services website and “audio jungle” isnt really… well, it wouldnt make sense. The song would be perfect without the stupid audio jungle words thrown in….

Audio jungle overlay words are just audio watermark, if/when you purchase the song you get a high quality clean version without the watermark. This is just a way to protect the Audiojungle authors.
Regarding your second question, I am not into web but… You watched the web preview of a project which is made for VH, so you can render this animation in *.flv format like I did, and incorporate it into your website.
