I am sorry you feel mislead by the item description. If you re-read it though you will see that I have quite clearly pointed out that not all text is editable. I unfortunately am unable to give refunds due to the way the marketplace is setup but if you contact support they may be able to help you.

Try clearing the cache or purge all. That shouldn’t be an issue with the project itself.

Say man this is pretty stinking AWESOME . Just some quick questions. Since I currently have no videos to place there just yet, can the video portfolio portion be dropped with a simple click and still retain the last parts – come, say, hello, logo? And before rendering… is there a way to render and export the file a lot smaller than Full HD – possibly 480 or smaller – to create a smaller file size!!!

Hi jkmil10,

Glad you like the template. Unfortunately a little more is required than a simple click to remove those sections. If you find a way to program a template with clickable on/off switches please let me know!

You can however with a little tweaking simply delete those sections and drag the remaining end content up to fill the gap, or just use some stills, works just as well.

In terms of rendering. I would (and always do) recommend rendering first in full hd then compress in third party software to the size and compression rate you want. Never try to compress your videos in the first render in after effects, it’s not very good at doing so.
