wow!! Very COOL !!!!
does it work with cs4?
Hi Kiteazot,
Yes, it does work with CS4 .
Thx, does all the fik does says cs3 work with cs4?
I’m not sure I understand the question totally, but the functionality of the project files is identical between After Effects CS3 and After Effects CS4 .
ok thanks
Hi there,
Are we able to move the bolt or even change the direction / colors of the effects? Is it a AE file or a pre-render composition?
Appreciate your reply soon. Thanks!
Hi Sparksue,
On page 2 of the user guide, there’s a list of all the user changeable parameters.
It’s an AE file, but I have included a prerender version too for those people who are using a demo version of AE and don’t have Cycore.
In the AE file, there’s much more customisation possible.
Everything is changeable in an AE project file of course and the position of stuff can all be altered, simply by changing the position of the camera… or even by creating new splines. But I wouldn’t recommend those type of customisations unless you know your way around AE really well.
All the basic customisations.. color, thickness, explosion, glow, lens flare etc. are detailed in the 3 page user guide.
Best,
-felt.
Hi I’ve just purchased this and when I try and extract it with ‘The Unarchiver’ and Zipeg it says the format is not supported and cannot be opened with this program…
any ideas why?
Thanks

Hi Fraawgz,
Absolutely no idea at all. This is a completely standard zip file and I’ve had no reports of difficulties to date.
If you’re using The Unarchiver and Zipeg, then you’re on Mac OS, right?
The file was created on Mac OSX , using the OSs own archiver. I’d suggest first of all that you try the standard Mac OS function to unzip it.
Secondly, try redownloading. It’s unlikely, but not impossible that it got corrupted in the download.
Let me know how you get on.
Best,
