First of all, I’d like to thank placdarms for creating such a beautiful piece for us here. It’s an outstanding design. Wonderful job plac!

Now I’d like to use only a portion of it. I’m planning to use it in a PowerPopint presentation as the moving title. My company won a few awards for an outstanding publishing and my leadership has asked me to come up with an interesting presentation for the board of directors displaying our winners, who are websites and blogs. I have CS4 After Effects on my PC and I know very very little how to use it.

Now, my questions are: 1. How easy would it be for me to edit your beautiful designs, cut it where I need it, and export it to any of the playable formats in PowerPoint? 2. How much time would it take for a newby to AE like me to do all I’ve described in question 1?

I have bought your file, but I have the German Version of Adobe After Effects CS4 , so there are some problems withe the effects (e.g. slider) If I change the language to English, it works, but than I have just a trial version of After Effects, so what can I do, that your files work with the german version?

I’d like to know if I will be able to do my own camera movements and lighting in After Effects CS4

I am new to AE I am working with the tutorials you have suggested to other customers. I am still confused I am not getting this to work together. Is CS5 supposed to work with this? I know you said it was made with CS4 but CS5 should be backwards compatible. Can I get some help here?

Is there any easy way to make the duration of the film shorter? I want to be 40-45 seconds.

Thank you for sharing your talent with us. I purchased this template with hopes of using your 3D laptop title animation.aep but I can’t render and of your original Final (1280, 1920, 720) files because I get an “AE error: unable to allocate space for a 8000×6000 image buffer”. I can render all of your other compositions just fine.

I know this probably isn’t in your scope of support, but I’ve exhausted all the AE forums and have spent hours playing with cache settings, memory allocation, rendering locations, secret settings, etc. all to no avail. I’d appreciate any suggestions you can offer.

I’m a PC, CS4 , XP 32 bit, man w/ a dual Quad Core and 3 GB RAM . I’ve never had problems rendering in the past and I do purge often.

After removing the Floor composition I was able to render the Final composition.
