As said before.. using Parallels or Bootcamp, OSX -users can use windows-only software as well as OSX -compatible programs. Oh and for the record, to all you serious people using their awesome docx and xlsx documents and spreadsheets: iWork ‘09

In the end, there’s only one way to win a Mac vs PC discussion: ‘Get a Mac’-ads :D

EDIT : Oops, didn’t see your post, Bianchient. Sorry to have brought the discussion back up – I’ll shut it now :)

Why get a Mac and have to ad Parallels or Bootcamp?

Just get a PC and it will do everything Faster, Better and you can add more gadgets than a Mac will ever be able to.

Fastest: PC

Most Compatible: PC

Safer: PC read article of MAC getting OWNED : http://www.macworld.com/article/132733/2008/03/hack.html

Can do Everything out of the box: PC

Most Used: PC

Apple should built an iShuttle and put all the MacSheep in it and send them to the Moon so they can be the 100% Majority.

LOL GX3000

I used both but prefer PC, just a personal preference as other user have different preferences as well.

As i said in my last post both systems are far better than when i started using computers like the commodore 64 and 128. I don’t bash windows or macs i just feel more comfortable on a pc because of the availability of programs.

Ok here is a question though why is it that flash websites still don’t display on I phones and Blackberries??

I own a blackberry pearl and the same thing happens as the I phone. Page does not load.

Is there no flash player for these phones yet??

Or is it Adobe not letting Apple or Blackberry to use their flash player??

Anyhow, that was just a though.

Cheers

I know the new Google phone that is coming out with Android OS will have Flash.

As far as the iPhone I have no clue why this is happening. Maybe royalty disputes

But I have seen this. Don’t know how valid it is: http://www.coderetard.com/2009/01/04/how-to-install-iphone-flash-plugin-for-safari-browser/

BTW . This only for flv playback

That’s because it was the first machine anyone actually wanted to take home.

That’s what mac users say to try to justify the fact that he ripped it a new a hole.

You think the guy that hacked that piece of crap was in need of a mac laptop. He uses them for target practice.

The New iShuttle is ready to launch to the Moon at 12AM Greenwich time.

All MacSheep should hurry not to miss the only opportunity to be the majority 100% users in a region.

When did the Mac stop being a PC (Personal Computer)? I’m getting my first Mac this month, mainly because I want something a little different. Grown quite tired of the Windows interface.

I had pretty good experiences with Vista, sure the UAC was a bother every so often. I received one BSOD due to the Linksys WUSB54G driver. It almost killed a PC running XP when it shouldn’t, haha. So, I clean installed the PC and gave it to a family member.

In a bit of an unrelated note: Should I get LittleSnitch? I’m on the fence about it, do I really need to monitor outgoing connections?
