Why cant i use Giropay and direct debiting with paypal?

if i want to buy a item, and pay with playpal, i cant use Giropay and direct debiting… only creditcard or deposit.

Hi 2bytefreedom, Usually you can use Paypal to purchase from our sites but a small number of our users are experiencing a PayPal issue. The error is on PayPals side and we are awaiting a resolution. You can check this thread for updates.
