When you purchase the file, you will get purchase confirmation where download link is included. Did you try it? Anyway contact support, this doesn’t happen every day, personally i buy files every month and i never have problems. If may I suggest you if you are able to login from another computer and try to download file. I’m not support staff and i can’t help you further. This is the best i can do as member.

I just checked out your purchase history and downloads page and can confirm that something is not working properly as it seems you’re not able to access your purchased items. I can assure you that we’re not stealing your money, and that the purchase did register within our system as it should. It seems the problem is happening on the actual downloads page. It seems to be isolated to your account, as I’ve checked my own and I’m able to see my downloads without issue.
