Very Disappointed with Purchase

I have purchased one of the AE compositions, and almost everything seems to be problematic. All I want to do is change wording, a few pics and then add it to my Premier Pro project. Not much to ask. The tutorials treat you like you know everything already. They are poorly put together and when you try and render or do anything, there are always files missing, conversions that have to be made etc. It would be nice to be able to communicate with the author/designer.

Very dissappointed and probably will not purchase again. – UNless my issues can be resolved.

But you can communicate with author, you have contact form on every profile page. Of there’s something wrong with project file, it wouldn’t be even approved for sale here, reviewers are very rigorous. If something is missing, then it’s because you probably didn’t replace some placeholder. Please, contact the author of the file you bought, he will try to help you out.

NealeN Truly, it is necessary to address on a straight line to the author. If the author responsible that always helps.
