What is the LEFT JOIN you speak of? I haven’t seen one of those before
We do have a bunch of improvements in mind for the top authors page (including adding it for the other marketplaces) but it’s quite a way down our big list of things to do.

Fewer than 10% of our user base has provided their location however, so I’m not sure how well that would work. There hasn’t been much feeling bored around the office lately either!

If we did that, it would create privacy issues as we are displaying people’s personal information without them agreeing to it.

Plus you have to account for people moving around. I’m currently in Sydney, but from Ireland, and was in Thailand a month ago – that would cause some weird information to show up as my location lol
