There are many authors who use celerity names, brand names etc in their files, is that accepted? Of course anyone can have a name like Beyonce, rihanna etc but you know they are actually talking about the artist?

Can’t see why that’d be a problem…

I wouldn’t

There has been problems in the past with product names in items titles and they had to be changed.

Do not do anything until you have confirmed from support

I wouldn’t do it, ‘cause it’s not allowed :)

I had a ‘situation’ back when I was starting, I uploaded a track and because it reminded me (maybe was even inspired by) two great bands, I called it “Rage against the prodigy” without any intention to misuse band names. But it got rejected and I was asked to change name of the track :) Which, of course, was totally justifiable because, apart from being illegal, it can also mislead potential buyers.

It’s better to use your own creativity when naming your files.

I think he means in the text of flyers etc.

I usually stick to made up names “Dj Quick / Dj And / DJ Easy”

... I know what you’re thinking “Original” :sarcasm::P
