There are many authors who use celerity names, brand names etc in their files, is that accepted? Of course anyone can have a name like Beyonce, rihanna etc but you know they are actually talking about the artist?

I wouldn’t
There has been problems in the past with product names in items titles and they had to be changed.
Do not do anything until you have confirmed from support
I wouldn’t do it, ‘cause it’s not allowed
I had a ‘situation’ back when I was starting, I uploaded a track and because it reminded me (maybe was even inspired by) two great bands, I called it “Rage against the prodigy” without any intention to misuse band names. But it got rejected and I was asked to change name of the track
Which, of course, was totally justifiable because, apart from being illegal, it can also mislead potential buyers.
It’s better to use your own creativity when naming your files.

I shall use it more often.
