BEWARE ! I thought this as well, but it’s not really like this. If you do a completely “different” track out of it, it might get acceptet. But then, why should you not upload it as a new track with a new name and make sure by this, that it will be accepted.

Yes, remix version must be really “different” …You can also, i think, give a new name for remix version, if you think it will be better, and if reviewer allow this…

Actually, I have a question related to this that I don’t think is covered in that FAQ (or I missed it). I’d email support but I figured others might have the same question, so I’m posting it here instead:
If you have an existing reasonably short track, e.g. a 30 second loop, it was priced at X amount based on its complexity and length when it was originally posted. If you then create a more complex full length track (say 3 minutes) and add it to the package, will the reviewer consider this and up the selling price?

Hey Joel! Yes, we would take the new version into consideration which, if longer than the original version, would increase the price (presuming the duration fell into the next duration/pricing bracket).
