upload page misbehaving

Thats weird Ben, I just visited the upload page and all of the attributes are there. Still seeing it?

Yep… just happened again. In fact I did two project uploads. For the first project upload, the option was there and the upload didn’t go through first time. For the second project upload the option wasn’t there and it went through first time.

Also, on the project I uploaded a while back where the options weren’t there.. no version information appears on the item page either.

I had the exact same thing as you mentioned and show Ben, first time i got the error page – hit the back button and some files where missing. re uploaded the missing ones and it worked. First time it happened to me. weirdness all the way.

By the way, most of the issues are not just Europe-ish – from western Canada it’s really tricky to upload something also last weeks… Also last days disappeared the TAGS fields in Stock footage upload form…

Ben, your screenshot links seem to be dead.

It seems like the upload problem is becoming more problematic over time. No longer just issues submitting the files, now important fields are disappearing randomly. I just checked all sections, and for me the version field is present in the AE section. But the tag fields are missing from the stock footage section.

I’ll ask John to take another look over this thread and the recent issues you guys have noted. Please provide any more information as you find it. The more info provided, the easier it will be for the devs to figure out whats going on.
