Every time I try and upload a project, I upload all the bits, fill in all the fields and hit upload.

I get a message about page not found and when I go back a page, all the uploads that took so long to upload are all missing… I have to upload them again.

It would be nice if Envato could fix this. It’s a real waste of time.

But c’mon! It’s been more than 2 weeks and they still haven’t fixed this? I uploaded in the right order but it’s still not working. Grrr.

Guys, I’m fairly certain that the order of the files has very little to do with the upload issues. I can also assure you that this problem is a big one, and we’re working feverishly to get it taken care of.

What I do know, is that a lot of other files are still making it through successfully. It seems that anyone who has voiced the issue has been in the Europe-ish area. As always sorry for the inconvenience, the devs are still looking into it.

my 2 cents.
1.Upload only 1 file with all inside.(this avoid some process where bad things append when finishing one upload and starting another one)
2. Give the possibility to upload on your own server .
just an idea…

I’ve just noticed something about the upload page.

When something has finished uploading it appears in the list of uploaded things. Sometimes though, one of the things doesn’t appear – I’m talking about the graphic with the little lorry and a tick by it. According to the graphic, you have only uploaded 3 items, although all four are available in the dropdown lists below.

These are also the occasions when the upload doesn’t go through. And when you click back on your browser, the file that was previously missing is now the only one that is there. (as far as I can tell – I’ll put the theory to the test over the next few days)

The other day, I left an upload for about an hour before submitting the page. That went through fine for the first time. I wonder if something had had a chance to refresh and that this is all about the page refreshing itself.

Same result again. If the ‘uploaded’ graphic doesn’t appear for the last upload, then the page won’t go through and the other 3 uploads will disappear.

The upload itself seems to carry out properly though.
