Hi all!
I requested a payout via paypal on 10/06/2012 and i’ve just discovered that i accidentally made a mistake when typing my email. I received this email today:
Hello Mazamaru,
I would like to inform you that on the 16/7/12 we have made a payment to your ‘email@email.com’ paypal account on the amount of USD (amount), however the amount was unclaimed by you.
Could you please claim your money? if you have any question, be free to contact me.
Thanks
How can i fix this issue? Can i reply to that email or should i open a ticket?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Definitely contact support!

Hi Steve!
Thank you for your help, i replied to the email i received from the support. I hope they can fix the problem.
This is my worst nightmare! It would be awesome to have the site save your Paypal email address so that you can just select it instead of typing it every time… or you can just copy paste it from your email client. Anyways I really hope it works out for you Mazamaru!

I totally agree. Displaying the email address you typed next to the pending withdrawals action would also be a nice idea so that one can cancel the request before anything goes wrong.
For preventing mistakes and for security reason I propose to always use main user confirmed email for paypal payments. Is it reasonable?
Also if user decide to change his email then system shall get confirmation through user old email.
Best Regards, Andrey
