Turkish Provinces 2 Letters Abbr. ?

Hey Guys,

If you are from Turkey (or know about it), could you confirm something for me please?

I’m making a map of Turkey and was wondering if 2 letters abbreviations were used and/or even existed for Turkish provinces such as the ones you can usually see on US or Canada maps?

I can’t find anything at all, so I assume there aren’t but just want to double check.

no there is not… there is just full city names… and they have different licence plate number from 01 to 81

you can not even have a slice of it… all the world have seen what happens if you try to do that… in 1922 you had to be a good swimmer in the aegean see to survive…

I think it was more the intention to drive the thread off topic than actually making a joke about any country, but apologies if it was perceived this way. And thanks PDesign for confirming
