Yeah Anps I can understand that but as I said before what if I changed the design totally from the previous rejection but forgot to update the screenshots. If I did not know he did not look at the site I would think he rejected it based on my new design not based on the old screenshots.

I am not saying that is what happened here but I do think a reviewer needs to check the preview at least for 5 seconds just to be sure the screenshots reflect what the live preview shows.

Mate, trust me I was annoyed when i was first rejected. But the process realy does enhance your quality and your personal expirience.

I 100 % agree with you, rejections do improve design and I have accepted all my rejections with a smile. I am however not at all upset with the rejection.

My problem is with how it was rejected. I am sure anyone here would have some problem with being rejected without having the file actually reviewed.

Would you be happy knowing that the reviewer rejected your file based on an old screenshot?

Nope have not contacted support.

And yes I am sure I have reviewers watching and I am sure it will make any future submissions even harder for me to get approved. I just hope they will take what I have said and just take 5 seconds to double check the live preview before rejecting.

First thing the reviewer checks is your files. Do you have analytics on the envato server files? Cause that’s a sure reason to get rejected

If your main files are up to standards, the reviewer will check the preview, if your main files were not up to standards, why visit the preview?

If you come to think about it, the main file is one of the most important elements. You can have a preview to google.com, and no files in the main archive, does that mean you should be approved?
