That’s correct, while the majority of the rest of Canada is english (we are talking language here, the colonial cultures are now completely different).

Now back on topic, the sales are rather strange indeed @Mocarg… time to upload more templates!

Right, so I got great sales from my first project submitted to VH. Everything went well until one buyer wrote that he cannot find tutorial for my project and some stuff is wrong with 3D logo – he didn’t explain anything, just said that logo is wrong 3D. Whatever that means.

I tried searching a way to contact the buyer with no prevail. However he is a ling time buyer with bunch of stuff bought on VH. I’d like to contact him and ask what’s wrong and add another comment to project explaining what is wrong there.

Any ways, with this short bad comment my sales went down 100% No more sales after this crappy comment. What should I do? Is there any other way to contact a buyer that I don’t know? Or can VH admins remove that comment?

I had 11 sales before that, and no complains.

I think it was more a compliment then a complaint to be honest, the project its fresh and full of 3d work, he probably figured the logo would be 3d as well cause it looked like it. Which is weird since it isn’t a c4d/ae project .

It was your first file just keep uploading, its a great start now just keep it up. You cant expect to have great sales all the time with a single file (only in some very rare cases this has happened), like others mentioned quite a few times, if you want to be successful on videohive you gotta play the long game, keep uploading quality files regularly. The frontpage exposure is short but sweet and helps gaining new followers and people that aren’t aware of your work.

Don’t worry about it… your sales won’t drop because of that comment. Nice job, by the way.

really? For me it’s the best one:) Though I am here only a week, but had more sales more then ever:) Xa xa, joking:) Any ways, this last month was good to me financially:P
