Got my item once on hold, so I contacted support. They answered 2 days after the item was already approved. Guess it’s busy time.
But I think you should contact support anyway.

The good news is that when you try to contact support you might get an error, like I did.
After I wrote about that in a forum post, the thread was locked and the moderator said… guess what… “please contact support”.
Sorry to hear about your problem. Maybe soon some moderator will read before locking and say “please contact support”.

i have deleted the files for 2 times after it , and reuploaded them , but still i have the same problem , held by the review team ! i have contacted support , they answered me : we will review your files as soon as possible , lol ! i’m waiting here …
