I was joking now serious, every item has approximate time on homepage, oldest item is replaced with new from queue, wait your turn.
P.S. when item is reach 100% if there is no item on homepage check your email or hidden items probably soft/hard rejected 
– this is not joke it is reality.

But some times my item has been moved to from home page with in 2 hours of time what happen at that time
