Solutions for longer presentation videos?

The openers and intros on this site are fantastic, but what would you recommend for longer presentation type videos?

For example, if I wanted to share some training information for say… 8 minutes.

Is there anything here that would help with that?

you will need to make some changes to the project file for more longer animations

When you buy the project templates, you can ask to authors for customize the project to make longer and you pay the price for that, but for make longer is depend of the project that you buy.

Before you buy project, you can ask author if it’s possible to make project longer. For example, if project contains 3d displays rendered separately in 3d software and editable placeholders in after effects, that can be problem, because only author can do it, and that will require much more time than pure ae project modifications. On the other hand (see 1st option below) sometimes there is no need to edit source 3d files, render again, edit ae project…

Basically, from my experience with buyers, there are two ways to make projects longer:
1. buyer need more “scenes”, in lot of cases it can be done fast and cheap with duplicating current scene(s), replacing duplicated placeholders with new footages and rearranging scenes in final composition
2. buyer want one of current compositions but with slower placeholders and camera motions. Depending of project, sometimes it’s fast and easy, but sometimes it’s really huge work.

Always tell author what is duration of your videos, how many videos you have, and all required informations, than author will be able to give you a quote. If you buy project, and realize that project modification is too expensive, than you can hate author for no particular reason.
