Short Video Podcast Intro

I am after a short video intro to put at the start of all my videos i create for my Scout troop. An example of what I am looking for is the intro to this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tTL_Y7YpbN0&feature=related

It would need to be the same colour scheme (CMYK: 82,100,0,0 RGB : 77,33,119 and CMYK : 45,0,100,24 RGB : 134,162,11) but something that doesnt look too similar. It is being used for a UK Scout Group so could include the following logo (animated of possible) http://scouts.org.uk/comms_centre/images/logo_comms.jpg

Needs to have our group name: 1st Leverstock Green Scout Group Possibly a way where I can edit the event name each time it is used? just let me know what software I need to be able to edit it?

Can anyone give me an idea on costs if you are interested

Is anyone else willing to create an intro to my spec above. I would need to be able to open it in After Effects CS5 10 .0.2.4 to edit the text.
