General premise: Targeting IT professionals – “Game” – the user follows the path of 2 stolen laptop computers across a Google map as the laptops stops and connect to the internet. At each stop (4-6 stops) a ‘damage counter’ runs up the cost of losing ones laptop (identity theft, data loss, personal items etc..) A little pop up screen shows what the thief is doing, accessing, and the location he’s at etc.
We will provide source graphics in PSD ’s and AI’s, and written text.
Laptop One – has no protection software, and the user ‘loses’ the game.
Laptop Two – has ‘hidden software’, and at each stop sends out information so the user can delete sensitive files, and/or be tracked by a crack recovery team. Each time the game is ‘played’ for laptop 2 will have a progressive percentage chance for being recovered (25, 50, 75, & 100%) At the end the ‘damage counter’ is at zero, and the laptop is recovered, happy customer.
Idea’s – ‘damage counter’ scrolls costs in US dollars higher at each stop.
