Rejection reason - unsure what it means

Hi all,
I’ve been going through the forums trying to find an answer to my query myself (without adding another “oh no – my file is rejected”), but I cannot see anyone with the same problem.

I uploaded my first file to GR on Monday (it sat at 1st in the queue for 3 days ) and got this rejection reason:

We would also like you to add the permission to use the files into author to reviewer comments.

I’ve read this and re-read this a few times… it still doesn’t make sense. Am I just a little dim today?

I went to the support form, but I could not figure out which selection to choose. Let me know if a preview would help out

I think they want to use your file as a ” close to get accepted ” preview, a guiline for users to see what is not accepted… Or heck knows…

“Me fail English? That’s unpossible!” – email support and, if possible, ask them to double check with the reviewer for what they mean because I agree; that really doesn’t make any logical sense in any context!
