not sure if this is spam or not, but I would avoid really cheap hosting, they tend to have miserable uptime`s and do not backup you site, also support is terrible.. but i guess you get what you pay for.

Hey Chuck, This isnt spam i promise, I am using them now and they are great i tihnking. The support i get when need it is great becuase they have many articals on ways to fix problems and setup new features to your account.
The reason they are so cheap is because they are fairly new and wanna get more poeple to join there cheap web hosting.
I would check it out it isnt as bad as u make it sound

sorry if I came of harsh, I have been burned by cheap hosts before. It depends what you need your site for I guess. In my experience is always worth paying a little more so you don`t have to deal with angry phone calls from clients because there site has been hacked or down for 2 days…
Yeh you said that all right it is up 2 you on what u want to get. wether it is paying less and not having so good service or payin more for that better service!!!
Sorry guys, I don’t agree with cheap hosting. If you are a professional or you want some serious business then always get the hosting which is best and renowned even it is a bit costly.
For example I always recommend mediatemple.net to my clients. And very soon I will be transferring my own domain at mediatemple.net.
MT is much overhyped, there grid servers are not as foolproof as that would let you think, although there support is very good.
Cheap hosting doesn’t mean they are one of the best and that their servers are good.
My webhost is ok. € 1.50 per month and then I get enough e-mail addresses and enough (ftp) accounts and unlimited is not needed for me. But the hint is always welcome.

Best host I have ever dealt with and currently use is Bluehost. I heard about them from a friend, and after looking around I found that they are rated in the top 3 of most major “comparison sites”.
Their uptime is amazing, and the customer service is UNBELIEVABLE . I say this because I thought my last host was good until I had an issue with their php.ini file and they were so unwilling to help me or work with me.
My biggest gripe with my last host wast the package I signed up for was constantly being upped…I started at 5 gigs of space and 50 gigs of bandwidth, and by the time I left they were up to 300 gigs of space and 3000 gigs of bandwidth, for the same price I had been paying for 2 years, yet they wouldnt upgrade me to the higher space options, because the plan I originally signed up for was only for 5/50 gigs.
Bluehost has already upped their plan twice since I have switched over. Both times I noticed it on their site, I called them up, the first time they automatically updated my account the second time, I called and the guy had no problem, did it for in me in 3 minutes!
Right now its 300 gigs of space, 3000 gigs of transfer, unlimited domain hosting, and 2500 emails….
Dont remember exactly how much I paid, I think it was something like 90 USD for the year, and I paid for 2 years and saved like 20 bucks…
