Did not want to post this on forums, but I tried to contact support for issue that I´m having, so hope you do not mind. Last time one of support guys was really helpful, but it seems that the problem still persists. Is anyone available to take a look at ticket #228662 ?

Hey elements. If you have Twitter you should try sending a tweet to @envato_support with your ticket number. They’re very quick in responding to tweets

Now my question is, how do I actually “contact” support?! I have open ticket for 14 days now and no solution on horizon what so ever. I´ve tried to contact the staff member on my ticket, no reply. Then another staff member, no reply. Then I tweeted @envato_support the problem, and answer was, you will hear from us shortly, which I never did, and again tweeted, and again similar answer. Then I tweeted again with question will this be sorted out in near future, but this time no reply…
I mean it´s not like I would like to change my username so there is no emergency. I have withdrawal missing, and this is sensitive issue for me, and seems like this is not addressed seriously enough. In every try to contact support I have no idea what is going on. Then, lastly I´ve tried to contact two of the staff members directly via contact form, and again no reply from both. I mean what is going on? Really getting confused here why is this issue being ignored?
I had patience, waited, asked, but all I get is automatic reply and that is all. Would really appreciate if someone would actually respond in a way that actually offers a solution instead of new delay on the subject!

That’s no good, elements. Maybe they’re hitting a snag with Payoneer?

Having an immediate response is a miracle, you upload an item and wait for 3 weeks, ( Especially in c4d category ) you contact supports , you wait for 2 weeks, its totally normal , envato is getting better day by day! have a nice weekend, they are off for two days, you can watch pogo till then!

I’m sorry to hear about withdrawal problems. That should be the most important kind of tickets. We are working here, and we are counting on earnings every 15th in the month :/
