Hi MarkBrodhuber,
I am loged in and have purchased files. Im facing the same problem pretty much with all the VH projects I have purchased. Basically I download open with CS5 and I receive the message:
After Effects: This project must be converted from 8×257 Mac Intel and will open as an untitled project. Standard pixel aspects rations will be updaged 250g for compatability and improved accuracy – I click OK and then:
A E Warning: 19 Files missing
I open the file and basically its unausable.
I have also sent two tickets over the last 12 days and no reply
Any adivce?

Open the downloaded project, the prompt to convert is OK.
Then ignore warning(s) and save untitled project in the same location (same directory) as the downloaded project.
Close and re-open untitled project.
