I have problem with transfer 54 files from ftp to dashboard. Files not transfer within 2 hours

Same here. Seems like a common problem, since there are two other threads already. Please, contact support as well (I did it yesterday) so they can look at it.

This is the answer from support. They are looking at it:

Here we go again, I tried to process about 600 images and it says “144 items being processed” for some time now.
