sorry folks,
I am getting desperate. I try to log me in, but the captcha screen will not be displayed, so I am not able to fill it’s fields.
I’m getting mad, because I’m not able to buuyyy!!
The funny thing is , that I am always logged in on themeforest marketplace. But then, when I switch to another marketplace, I need to login again. Otherwise, when I go to my downloads, and from there, I call one of my downloads from other marketplaces I will be redircted to the Item and as well already “logged in”.
But now, I want to buy an Item vom videohive. I never bought from that marketplace before, so my dirty trick will not solve. And as now the captcha isn’t displayed (but still wanted by the site!) I fail
Any Idea?

Hi,
What browser do you use?
Also:
- do you use AdBlock or similar?
- hit CTRL +F5 before you try to log in
Hi dary,

FF 14 .01 Chrome 21.0.1180.83 Safari 5.1.2

Demorfoza saidthx, - No adblocks, only browser built in’s - CTRL +F5 didn’t change anything.

@ Vasterad I agree!! espacially the envato one’s really hard to read and normally I need to reload it a lot of times, that sucks always.
@ all do you have the captcha displayed when you are logged out? Maybe this is a local problem from my region..

It will be spammers birthday
Ok, I have solved that!
puh,
I found out, that google.com was not reachable from all my computers , as well. So I thought this must be something really impossible
, and my Idea was, that the dns server did not solve the two adresses (and maybe more) of google.com and the captcha server.
I changed the dns server settings and now I find them all, and already have logged in into videohive.
thx a lot to you all for your help!
