Need simple dvd loop motion graphic for wife's 30th Birthday

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place or not but I was looking for someone to create some sort of motion graphic with the text “Happy 30th Birthday Amanda” to play on a dvd loop. Im not sure if this is something that can be simple added to an existing template or not…I like the disperse opener. I don’t know how to work with AE or even what is involved but looking for reasonably priced motion graphic. No music is needed. We will be in a limo for her 30th with music on however I wanted something playing on the tv screens. Im not picky at all and will probably like anything that is better than powerpoint…lol. Thank you.
