Don’t feel too bad about it… there is no true formula for success here. Sometimes files do well, and sometimes they don’t.
Sometimes it’s just better to move on to the next project. If I were you, I would offer it up as the free file of the month and try to gain some exposure from it, since it isn’t selling.
One thing I’ve learned is to not set high expectations for sales of any particular project. The best approach is to continue creating quality projects, and just hope that they sell. Never create a project and say to yourself, “this is AWESOME … it’s going to sell like crazy!”, because chances are it won’t happen. Never “expect” files to do well. You’ll only be disappointed if they fail to do so.
For example: Elegant Extrusion. That project was nothing more than a quick logo sting that I threw together in less than a day. I never expected it to do as well as it did. I was only trying to create projects as quick as possible to build inventory for my profile.
Sometimes, I guess you just get lucky!
So, the moral of the story is, don’t get to down on yourself for a project not selling. Just keep creating high-quality projects, and the sales will eventually come.

Agree, to confirm MR words i also have item “Clean Logo” – over 50 sales in less then month. I never expected that, you never know what sells well. Just keep up quality over quantity.
